2026: A New Beginning, Let's Charge Forward Together | YKR Air Source Heat Pump Group Activity Concludes
To further strengthen team cohesion, unleash work energy, and enhance collaboration and understanding among colleagues, YKR Air Energy recently organized an outdoor team-building activity for all employees, centered on the spirit of unity and cooperation.
All YKR employees temporarily escaped their busy work schedules, bridging the gap between each other amidst nature and laughter, deeply imprinting the spirit of unity and cooperation into every moment.
All employees assembled neatly at the company gate, and a resounding team-building slogan kicked off the trip. Afterwards, everyone boarded the bus in an orderly fashion to Jiangmen. The atmosphere inside the bus was warm and harmonious; employees from different departments took advantage of the journey to exchange work experiences and chat about interesting things in life, setting a harmonious and progressive tone for this team-building activity.
Upon arriving at Tianlu Mountain, the mountain climbing trip officially began. On the winding mountain trails, all employees encouraged and looked after each other: those with more energy proactively shared their companions' loads, while those with slower paces kept up with the group. Everyone spontaneously formed support teams, steadily advancing hand in hand on steep and dangerous sections, embodying the spirit of "working together" in every step of the climb.

Working together, some searching for ripe fruit, others carefully sorting and packing them into baskets, they enjoyed the process while sharing their findings and fostering a strong sense of teamwork.
Afterwards, the group strolled through Jiangmen Thirty-Three Market Street, exploring its ancient charm, sampling local delicacies, and capturing memorable moments. Colleagues from work deepened their understanding of each other during this relaxed outing, and camaraderie between departments continued to grow amidst the lively atmosphere.
At the end of the event, company representatives stated that the activity effectively enhanced collaboration and trust among employees, laying a solid team foundation for the advancement of various tasks in 2026.
